Some Times Arvind Kejriwal behave like A person who Don't Know any law
1. He say in today press conference that Anybody who complain for corruption, The Complainer initially Provide the Audio Clip of seeking the Bribery or any other evidence,
Without these no action taken on complain

2. There is no action taken against officer when he refused to do your work without seeking Bribery, Action will have to take only against who seeking Bribery

My View on it-

1. Every Poor people have no mobile, Then how he Provide the Initial evidence against Officer Then how his help is done against corruption.
2. When Any one go for birth certificate or death certificate, there is only bribery amount was about 50 rs, then if create audio clip, then going to complain centre after
complain on phone. then he will has to prove his evidence. then the complainer need to be go again action taken after 24 hours when bribery is given, then action has to taken after long court enquiry where he will required to be present as Witness. that is also too much time(the case taken too much time at three level)
(if any have businessman or daily worker then any one not want to waste time in this long process)
3. if any officer caught common man during recording, he beat that person and capture and destroy the clips, There is no security during this process, then the person file never be completed(because there is no action against who do not work)
4. Every Government Employee not seek the bribery in direct word, they use the code word language or delaying the work, then there is no evidence against that officer
(like mithai, chai, hatkharchi, badhai)
5. Higher level Authority never seek bribery directly from you. They use Peon or any lower Officer to seeking the bribery and then they give commission to these higher officer, then there is no directly evidence against these officer(who are actually responsible for corruption). Then Always lower officer are captured means always big player left
6.There is no way to stop bribery called for any government project tender process
7. If any Person Do not work any work, then no action taken. Government employee knows that no one take any type of action against him for not doing work, then what is way
8. There is many Loop Hole Available in every law for different work.
like for Example the employee say that
(a) Hospital yet not send any confirmation
(b) There is no proof of relationship of the person with child
(c) The Signature Authority is absent
(d) The Paper is not completed
(e) The Information Filled in form are not sufficient(because Many of persons are yet
Illiterate) then how taken action about them
9. There is no transparency in this procedure. On which calls action taken or on which no action taken and reason of it?
10. What is the guarantee that all the person in anti-corruption department department are Honest??
11. What is the procedure for the case to run against them in the court and by which law???
(a) The Officer is suspended in this Period and government give him half
of the salary. after Prove the charges there is no way to recover this
money.
(b) If any Person is Proved Innocent During this Period then the Complete
Salary Given to him (The Public money is wasted and no utilization of
public money in that period)
c) what is the procedure to protection of complainer during the
judgement period
