दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल रेल भवन के पास धरने पर हैं. वे 10 दिनों तक धरने पर बैठे रहेंगे. गृह मंत्रालय से उनकी मांग है कि तीन एसएचओ सस्पेंड कर दिए जाएं. यह सिफारिश न मानने पर वह लंबे समय तक धरने पर बैठे रहेंगे. इनमें से एक एसएचओ पर आरोप यह है कि उसने उनके मंत्री सोमनाथ भारती के कहने पर एक महिला को गिरफ्तार करने से इनकार कर दिया था.

भारती आधी रात को एक मुहल्ले में रेड करने गए थे. वहां कुछ अफ्रीकी नागरिकों के साथ बदसलूकी में वह फंस गए. अब उन पर भी मुकदमा चलेगा. अपने दो मंत्रियों की उपेक्षा से हैरान-परेशान केजरीवाल अब फिर आंदोलन पर उतर आए हैं और वे धरने पर बैठ गए हैं. अरविंद केजरीवाल की समस्या यह है कि चुनावी घोषणा पत्र में उन्होंने बड़े लंबे चौड़े वादे कर दिए, लेकिन थोड़े ही समय में उन्हें जमीनी हकीकत का पता चल गया. उन्हें यह मालूम हो गया कि इनमें से ज्यादातर पूरे हो ही नहीं सकते और अगर कुछ हो भी गए तो उसकी भरपाई सरकारी खजाने से ही होगी और उसका भार चुकाएगी दिल्ली की टैक्स देने वाली जनता.

भ्रष्टाचार से लड़ने के उनके वादे, बिजली के दाम आधे कर देने की घोषणा वगैरह तो अभी शुरुआती दौर में है. दिल्ली में रहने वाले जानते हैं कि बिजली के दाम आधे करने की उनकी घोषणा से बहुत कम लोगों को ही राहत मिली है. भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ तो वह बहुत बोले थे, लेकिन अभी तक तो जमीनी तौर पर कुछ नहीं हुआ. लोगों की लाखों शिकायतें वैसे ही पड़ी हुई हैं. उनकी सुनवाई कब होगी, यह किसी को पता नहीं है. उन्होंने जनता दरबार से किनारा करके ऑनलाइन शिकायतों को लेने का प्रावधान किया. इसका परिणाम कब सामने आएगा यह कोई नहीं जानता.

दरअसल उत्साह में उन्होंने इतने वादे कर दिए थे कि उन्हें पूरा करने में वर्षों लग जाएंगे जबकि उनके पास उतना समय नहीं है और वह इसलिए नहीं कि तब तक उनकी सरकार गिर जाएगी बल्कि जनता में उतना धैर्य नहीं है. लोकतंत्र में जनता की एक खासियत यह होती है कि वह जितने सम्मान से ऊपर चढ़ाती है, उतने ही वेग से वो नीचे गिरा देती है. जाहिर है कि केजरीवाल को ध्यान भटकाने के लिए एक मौका चाहिए था. ये सभी मामले ऐसे थे जिन्होंने उन्हें एक बेहतरीन मौका दिया.

और अब वह धरने पर बैठ गए हैं, अपना दफ्तर छोड़कर. कह रहे हैं कि वहीं से सरकार चलाएंगे. सड़क पर से सरकार चलाने का एक नया प्रयोग वह करना चाहते हैं. केजरीवाल यह भी जानते हैं कि अपने दफ्तर में बैठकर वह उतनी पब्लिसिटी नहीं ले सकते थे. यह ऐसा मौका होगा कि पूरे देश की मीडिया का ध्यान उन पर होगा. सो एक सुलझे हुए राजनीतिज्ञ की तरह वह धरने पर बैठ गए हैं, उन जिम्मेदारियों को छोड़कर जो दिल्ली के सीएम के तौर पर उनके कंधों पर थीं.

कहते हैं कि सत्ता खुद ब खुद काफी कुछ सिखा देती है और अब हम देख रहे हैं अरविंद केजरीवाल को एक्टिविस्ट से एक मंजा हुआ राजनीतिज्ञ बनते हुए.

My View on it-

1. Every Poor people have no mobile, Then how he Provide the Initial evidence against Officer Then how his help is done against corruption.
2. When Any one go for birth certificate or death certificate, there is only bribery amount was about 50 rs, then if create audio clip, then going to complain centre after
complain on phone. then he will has to prove his evidence. then the complainer need to be go again action taken after 24 hours when bribery is given, then action has to taken after long court enquiry where he will required to be present as Witness. that is also too much time(the case taken too much time at three level)
(if any have businessman or daily worker then any one not want to waste time in this long process)
3. if any officer caught common man during recording, he beat that person and capture and destroy the clips, There is no security during this process, then the person file never be completed(because there is no action against who do not work)
4. Every Government Employee not seek the bribery in direct word, they use the code word language or delaying the work, then there is no evidence against that officer
(like mithai, chai, hatkharchi, badhai)
5. Higher level Authority never seek bribery directly from you. They use Peon or any lower Officer to seeking the bribery and then they give commission to these higher officer, then there is no directly evidence against these officer(who are actually responsible for corruption). Then Always lower officer are captured means always big player left
6.There is no way to stop bribery called for any government project tender process
7. If any Person Do not work any work, then no action taken. Government employee knows that no one take any type of action against him for not doing work, then what is way
8. There is many Loop Hole Available in every law for different work.
